Copy and Contract Requirements

The Maine Women’s Journal reserves the right to reject any advertising materials submitted for publication. If the ad materials or copy provided are not suitable for reproduction, we reserve the right to charge for costs involved to make the ad the proper size/resolution digital file. Materials submitted after the camera-ready deadline are subject to late fees. See file requirements page for digital file information.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required at time of contract signing. 30 Day Terms on Balance due at closing date invoicing. Overdue accounts must be cleared to accept new advertising.
